Good Neighbor Energy Fund
Neighbors helping neighbors--that's the Good Neighbor Energy Fund
(GNEF). This emergency assistance fund is administered by the Salvation
Army and is available to any Massachusetts resident who, because
of financial difficulty, cannot meet household energy expense and
who is not eligible for state or federal energy assistance.

Your donation in any amount helps other North Attleborough residents
who need assistance paying their energy bills. All donations made
by North Attleborough residents assist families in our community.
In 2001, 34 local families received GNEF assistance. Send your

If you are having trouble paying your electric bill, contact NAED
at 508.643.6376 or mbrastow@naelctric.com to discuss the Financial
Hardship Form. Your eligibility for public and private sources
of payment will be determined. Households eligible for GNEF assistance
can receive up to $275 per heating season, depending on the level
of need.
